When you have the form on-screen, fill in the relevant boxes in the normal way, listing all the items you require plus your personal delivery details, taking care not to omit anything. IMPORTANT: remember to consult the Holster/Weapon Availability Chart to make sure there are holsters available for your weapon; also the Product Features section for belt-width, left hand availability, choice of colour, and other options. Next, take the total cost of the item or items selected, work out the appropriate postage and add the two amounts together. Once you are sure the form is filled in correctly and to your entire satisfaction, click the Submit Order Form button, as illustrated below.
This sends your order to me by email and automatically brings up a screen confirming details of your submission. You may, if you wish, print this screen and save it for reference. I will, additionally, confirm receipt of the order by email. From there, use your Back button or the link provided to return to the Order Form, then click the i-Check/Paybycheck logo to access their secure server.
This will bring the i-Check virtual check form on to your screen. It is perhaps worth mentioning here that when it comes to security, Paybycheck is second to none. In common with other banks, they have a 100% secure server. Additionally, in order to avoid fraud, they use an exceptionally stringent authentication system (AVS or Address Verification Service) and will reject a check for any anomaly, including any of the following:
Not exact match of address and 9 digit Zip Code
Not exact match of address and 5 digit Zip Code
Address matches name but the Zip Code does not
9 Digit Zip Code matches name but the address doesn't
5 digit Zip Code matches name but the address doesn't
Address information is not available
Non POTS number (Plain Old Telephone System)
Invalid phone number i.e. cell-phone number
They also use, in common with banks, a constantly-updated database to verify customer bona fides and account status.
| Void the next check from your check-book (I strongly recommend that you do this. Remember, you won't be filling in the check as you normally would so it's easy to use it again by mistake). Follow the instructions and fill in the boxes, copying the appropriate information exactly as it appears on your voided check. The routing code (nine digits) and account number, located at the bottom of the check, should be entered from left to right. Do not enter the symbols, only the numbers (ignore the check number if it is included in this string). For additional security, enter the last four digits of your Social Security number in the box provided, plus your email address so that you may be sent a receipt containing details of the transaction. Finally, type in your signature and click the CONTINUE button.
