I'm currently working on orders received from 8 August, 2011 to 17 October, 2011. Dear Folks, Ever since mid-April 2009, I've been trying to catch up with my backlog and be in a position to start on new orders in the customary way. Unfortunately, that hasn't happened. On the plus side, however, I am making gradual progress but am still only about sixteen to eighteen weeks behind. Rather than close my order-book again, I suggest that those wanting to order should do so right away, BUT SEND NO PAYMENT. I will start work on all orders chronologically and alert you for payment once I start work on your particular order. Unfortunately, some people are not taking this advice and are still paying up front in the erroneous belief that this gets them higher up the queue. NOT SO! As stated already, all orders are done in strict chronological order from time of receipt, which is the only fair way. To order without paying, access the PayPal order-form on my website at Ordering Information. Fill in the form and click the SUBMIT ORDER FORM button at the bottom of the page. That's all you do at this stage. Later on, when payment becomes due, access the same order-form (Ordering Information), but do not fill it in. This time, just scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the PayPal logo there. This will take you to the secure payment page On this page, fill in the total amount (price plus postage) In the Unit Price box, then click the Update button for PayPal. I really do apologise for this delay, but I'm being realistic. There really is a limit to the amount of work one pair of hands can produce.
